The items must be in perfect condition, unused and with the original label and packaging. Otherwise, we will make the item available for collection and the purchase price will not be refunded. For hygienic reasons we do not accept exchanges or returns of costume jewellery items.
Information regarding your return
- Returns of orders from mainland Spain have a cost of 5€ per refund.
- Returns of orders from the European Union have a cost of 10€ per refund.
- Returns of orders from outside the European Union have a cost of 20€ per refund.
- The first size exchange is free in the Peninsula for orders over 50€.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS IN PHYSICAL SHOPS:
- You can exchange your article for another size in any of our physical shops, presenting the purchase confirmation email or, failing that, the order number, name and email address: C/ Fuencarral 67 y C/ Ayala, 13 and in Seville at the shop in C/ Rioja, 5.
- You can return your item/s for free in our shops in Madrid: C/ Fuencarral 67 y C/ Ayala, 13 and in Seville in the shop in C/ Rioja, 5. You will be given a document to prove the delivery of your order in the shop. Once it arrives at our warehouse, we will reimburse you in the same form of payment of the initial purchase.
- BY CERTIFIED MAIL: you can send the items with their original packaging or a similar one by registered post or courier to our shop in C/ Fuencarral, and send us an email to atencionclientes@monisqui.com informing us of the order number and attaching the receipt of delivery, post or courier: Tienda Monisqui Fuencarral, C/ Fuencarral, 67 Bajo, 28004 Madrid.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive the amount in the same way in which you made your purchase. In the case of having requested collection, we will deduct the courier costs from the total amount of the return (5 € in Peninsula, other destinations please consult).
The company reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
*Return periods extended in:
- Blackfriday and Christmas Campaign: we start our pre-Christmas Campaign by extending the deadline for exchanges or returns until 1 February of the new year: for purchases made from the first day of the start of the Blackfriday Campaign in November until 6 January.
- Mother's Day Campaign: we know how much we love our mums and we want your purchase to be a success, so we are extending the return period to 50 days from the first day of the official start of the Campaign.
