Yes, you can order online for free and pick them up in stores and also make returns and exchanges.

Exchanges are made for identical items of another color or size if there is stock in the store and returns are delivered to the store and the refund is made from the website using the same payment method that you used for your order in 48 hours at most.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for purchases over €50 in the Peninsula and Portugal; €80 in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

We also have free shipping for orders collected in our stores in Madrid and Seville

Store collection is available within 4 business days and we will contact you by email or phone to let you know that your order is now available.

It is very important that you enter your shipping information correctly. If the information you enter has an error, the courier will go to the wrong address, there will be no delivery and they will return the package to their local office in the wrong area. We will have to contact you, see where the error is in the shipping information and we will give you 2 options:

1.- We will inform you which office your shipment is in so that you can pick it up at the courier's office corresponding to the wrong area that you entered. It is usually an address not too far from your home. This option HAS NO EXTRA COST for you.

2.- We will give the correct shipping information to the courier so that they can make a second shipment. This option will have a cost for you, which is usually similar to that of shipping to the peninsula.

That is why IT IS VERY IMPORTANT to enter all your shipping information correctly : street name, number, apartment, urbanization, town and VERY IMPORTANT the correct postal code.

Ah! and remember: In the event that, despite having entered your information incorrectly, you refuse to pick up your shipment or bear those extra shipping costs due to your error, your order will be canceled and we will refund you, deducting the costs of the first shipment. .

Once the order is confirmed, the delivery time is 2 to 4 working days in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 p.m. or during the weekend will be shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday. Shipments to the Canary Islands are by certified mail and take 15 days. If you do not receive your purchase within the estimated time, you must contact the Customer Service of www.monisqui.com. You can write to us at atencionclientes@monisqui.com. From the moment we have your notification we will take the appropriate steps to find out why you have not received it within the agreed time.

Customer Service hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

To make the exchange or return in the store, you must show the order receipt that we send by email when making a purchase. Once the merchandise has been delivered, the customer is given proof of the returned items to record that these items have been returned to the store.
