How much do shipping cost?
We offer FREE SHIPPING for purchases over €50 in the Peninsula and Portugal; €80 in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
We also have free shipping for orders collected from our stores in Madrid and Seville.

Balearic Islands: €8.50 sent by courier with Correos Express

What happens if I enter my shipping information wrong?
It is very important that you enter your shipping information correctly. If the information you enter has an error, the courier will go to the wrong address, there will be no delivery and will return the package to its address. local office in the wrong area. How long do shipments take?
Once the order is confirmed, the delivery time is 2 to 4 working days in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm or over the weekend will be sent by courier on Monday afternoon for arrival on Tuesday or Wednesday.
For the rest of destinations, the Canary Islands, Melilla and international destinations, orders may take 5 to 20 business days.

Delivery of orders:
Orders are considered delivered when the customer signs the merchandise receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the condition of the items. When your order leaves our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
To improve deliveries, it is advisable to include a delivery time slot. In any case, if you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification in a visible place (entrance door, mailbox, etc.) with a contact telephone number, you can make another appointment or the delivery will be made at the 24 hours after the first delivery attempt.
What do I do if my order does not arrive?
If you do not receive your purchase within the estimated time, you must contact the Customer Service of www.monisqui.com. You can write to us at atencionclientes@monisqui.com. From the moment we have your notification we will take the appropriate steps to find out why you have not received it within the agreed time.
