Our goal is the full satisfaction of our customers, which is why if for any reason you are not fully satisfied when you receive your order, you have 30 business days from receipt to return or exchange it. *In promotional periods, consult at the end.
ONLINE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

The items must be in perfect condition, unused and with the original label and packaging. Otherwise, we will make the item available to you for collection and the purchase amount will not be refunded. For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns of jewelry items are not accepted.
Information related to your return
- Returns of orders from the Peninsula have a cost of €5 per refund.
- Returns of orders from the European Union have a cost of €10 per refund.
- Returns of orders from outside the European Union have a cost of €20 per refund.
- The first size change It is free on the Peninsula for orders over €50.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS IN PHYSICAL STORES:
- You can exchange your item for another size in any of our physical stores, presenting the purchase confirmation email or, failing that, the order number, name and email: C/ Fuencarral 67 and C/ Ayala, 13 and in Seville at the store on C/ Rioja, 5.
- You can return your item(s) for free in our stores in Madrid: C/ Fuencarral 67 and C/ Ayala, 13 and in Seville at the store on C/ Rioja, 5. They will give you a document proving the delivery in store your order. Once it arrives at our warehouse, we will refund you in the same payment method as the initial purchase.
- BY CERTIFIED MAIL: you can send the items on your own with their original packaging or a similar one by certified mail or courier to our store on C/ Fuencarral, and send us an email to atencionclientes@monisqui.com informing us of the order number and attaching the shipping, postal or courier receipt: Tienda Monisqui Fuencarral, C/ Fuencarral, 67 Bajo, 28004 Madrid

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase. If you have requested collection, we will deduct the courier costs from the total return. (€5 in the Peninsula, consult other destinations).
The company reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the established period or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
*Extended return periods in:
- Blackfriday and Christmas Campaign: we begin our pre-Christmas Campaign by extending the exchange or return period until February 1 of the new year: for purchases made from the first day of the start of the Blackfriday Campaign in November until January 6.
- Mother's Day Campaign: we know how much we love our moms and we want your purchase to be a success, so we extended the return period to 50 days from the first day of the official start of the Campaign.
